It has always been like that; it apparently has something to do with the way
DEC has their Majordomo mailing list manager configured <handwave>.
You can forward any bounce messages to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and Mark
Gelinas, our tireless list master, will take care of the problem. (Thanks
