That's why RedHat calls theirs "Official", and they are actually pretty
good about this. The only duplicate ISO I'm aware off would be when 7.0
was respun, and in that case everything was recalled/destroyed and the new
iso was labeled as 'respin'.

Now, did that stop some people from handing out/distributing the original
ISO, of course not, but RH did do what it could to stop that.

When it comes to the official images RH is actually pretty good.
