I don't think so. I think what you're thinking of is the location of the RH
repository. Within any given release, it's always RedHat; i.e.,

        ncftp ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com/
        ncftp / > cd /pub/linux
        ncftp /.1/linux > ls
        debian/ mklinux/ slackware@ tsx-11/
        linuxppc/ redhat/ sunsite/ turbolinux/
        ncftp /.1/linux > cd redhat
        ncftp /.1/linux/redhat > ls
        beta/ gnupro/ redhat-6.2/ releases/
        ccvs/ ia64/ redhat-6.2-de/ support/
        code/ ls-lR.gz redhat-6.2-es/ tux/
        cpan/ news/ redhat-6.2-fr/ updates/
        current@ old-releases/ redhat-6.2-it/
        du-s.txt powertools/ redhat-6.2-ja/
        edk/ redhat-5.2/ redhat-7.0@
        ncftp /.1/linux/redhat > cd redhat-7.0
        ncftp ...dhat/releases/guinness > ls
        DMA/ alpha/ i386/ powertools/ upgrade/
        SRPMS/ doc/ iso/ updates@
        ncftp ...dhat/releases/guinness > cd i386
        ncftp ...releases/guinness/i386 > ls
        en/ iso/ ja/
        ncftp ...releases/guinness/i386 > cd en
        ncftp ...eases/guinness/i386/en > ls
        COPYING RPM-GPG-KEY dosutils/
        README RedHat/ images/
        RELEASE-NOTES boot.cat preview/
        ncftp ...eases/guinness/i386/en >

It's this last RedHat I was referring to. The above 'redhat' is the individual
mirror's way of separating the 'redhat' dist from the 'debian' and 'slackware'
dists.
