We also have an office in Portsmouth NH with a Fiber DS3 (T3) that we no
longer need. The T3 line is an office revenue producer, as it is deplexed
and sold off for long-distance and data T1's. This is a collocation deal
with a company called PaeTec, who pays a percentage of the line revenue to
the office owner, it also give the office owner "free" access to T1 service.
