The constitutional rights that are granted are extremely limited. If you
notice, you are only guaranteed the right to *persuit of happiness*. It
doesn't guarantee happiness. That right there says that you can try, and
you might succeed, but you might also fail.
However, on this topic, and since people see M$ as scared, I thought
that I would bring up a very non-original point. I think that they are
confident enough in there money and power that they don't really think
that Linux is all that big of a threat. However, if the whole world
thinks that M$ is afraid of Linux, then that shows that Linux must be a
real threat. If Linux is a real threat, the M$ can't possibly be a
monopoly, and therefore, there is no reason to break them up.
