Maybe the first time in print, but almost every non-technical computer user I
know has at least violated the letter of the EULA. Very few of these people
have not asked me the help them do this. Using a CD-ROM to install a software
package on yet another computer is perceived as no different from playing a
music CD on someone else's stereo.
BTW: If you've ever wanted a lucid explanation of the difference between free
