This reminds me of the old SunOS days, when you could cat arbitrary
sound files to /dev/audio.  And SunOS was (by default) pretty lax on
security....

The net effect was that at a certain organization that I used to be
familiar with, the famous "When Harry Met Sally" audio clip got
played a lot...remotely...

You haven't lived until you've heard an entire floor of workstations
playing this clip...  (-:
