Sorry -- I'm with DaveN, here -- YModem-G may give you better throughput
over a reliable link, but its static blocksize makes it impractical for
large transfers over potentially unreliable analog lines (or most any
transfer over noisy lines). ZModem's sliding window blocksize was the
best damn thing to ever come out of CompUserve, IMHO. Furthermore, ZModem
allowed resume mode much more readily... <grin>
