All,

I was just paroosing some of the security sites that I frequent, and I
noticed this press release from Guardian Digital Security
(http://www.linuxsecurity.com/feature_stories/feature_story-82.html).
They have released their own distro (http://www.engardelinux.org ) that
has been tweaked for security purposes. They have incorporated LIDS,
Tripwire, OpenWall, and Snort, along with a whole host of other security
tools. Unfortunately, I don't have a system to try it out on right now,
but it looks really interesting. It's available as a free download, or
as a boxed distro for $30. They are also planning on selling a hardware
solution that is pre-installed and configured.

FYI,
Kenny
