OK, everyone, I just talked to the State House Executive Departments &
Administration Committee staff. The meeting is NOT today, it's 21 March.
Details are:
House bill 738 (Establishing a commission to assess the operating efficiency
of state government)
Room 100, Statehouse, March 21, 1130.
Anyone who can show up, please do. The more people bringing up a subject, the
greater the likelihood of being heard (standard politics - most bills the reps
hear from NOBODY. Any calls / writing is good). If you can't show up, call
or write a letter supporting Linux. Emails should be the last resort (because
it's so easy, I know at the federal level they're almost ignored, but if
someone takes the time to write/call, they must consider it important).
Alas, I can't be there that day, but all who can, please help.
jeff

Thought for today: some random X adj.
Used to indicate a member of class X,
with the implication that Xs are interchangeable. "I think some
random cracker tripped over the guest timeout last night." See
also J. Random.
