When I installed it, I did a ug+x on the file, then, in the directory, 
type "./so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin".

(actually, I always do the install with the /net option to install in 
/usr/local, so anyone can  later run the program as:
"/usr/local/soffice52/setup" and have it installed.)
