Ed, are there a couple websites you would recommend for someone to get a
good introduction to mixing Ham & Linux? During my time as an Airborne
Communicator in the AF I developed a strong interest in radio communication
& theory but since I've been out I haven't had any time to indulge in that.
When I attended at BBS Sysop conference in California back in the mid-90's I
met a small group of people who were mixing their passions of Ham and
computer BBSs, but didn't really learn how. I for one would find it very
interesting to start seeing what would be involved in mixing Linux &
Ham...even if I don't have time to really dive in right now. (BTW, I do
plan on trying to make it to Hoss, but I won't know for sure until the night
before).
