Set up a virtual honeypot, it's a lot more convenient and controllable. This
is one of the things that user-mode Linux (http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.n
et) is good for. Give it a root filesystem with lots of vulnerable services,
forward those ports from the host, and it's in business.

There's a project up at Dartmouth that's doing exactly this. See
http://www.ists.dartmouth.edu/IRIA/knowledge_base/honeynets.htm
