tracert shows dns resolves www.visitnh.gov is 216.205.7.163 which is really a
node named 163-216.205.7.interliant.com and NSI whois tells me that
interliant.com is registered aS:
Interliant (INTERLIANT-DOM)
1301 Fannin, Suite 775
Houston, TX 77002
US
so I'm assuming that it is *not* internal to the state government, in fact
it's probably not even located within the boundaries of the state at all.
