All,

Is there a way to find out everything that is installed on a Debian system? I
have a system that is configured exactly the way I want, but I have to move to a
new machine. The new machine has completely different hardware, so moving the
disk won't work (the old one is IDE and the new one is SCSI). What I'd like to
do is just feed a list of everything that is installed on the first system to
apt-get or dpkg on the second system and just let it run. Any ideas?

TIA,
Kenny
