Well, Novell is a company with a number of products, but I'm assuming
you must mean Netware.  Linux has IPX/SPX support, and has tools to
interface to netware networks.  Red Hat ships them in the ncpfs
package.  You might also check this out:

You might also want to check out Mars-NWE for serving up netware
services on Linux.  Note that I don't use any of this stuff, so I
can't say how well it works.
