All, In case anyone is interested in, or looking for, an open source CRM application, I have found a pretty decent project called Relata (http://www.relata.org). It is still fairly early in the development process, but it's written in PHP and uses either MySQL or PostgresSQL as the backend, so it's easy to customize. The project is sponsored by Starbase, and it seems to be pretty stable. There is a side project called RelataSync that does PalmPilot syncronization with the server.
