  That is always the problem with single points of failure.  You only need
one of 'em.  :-(

  Ya know, I don't know anything about the rest of DEC/Compaq, but you guys
in ZK3 are great.  You've been hosting this mailing list for free for
*years*, with so little downtime no one can remember it, and one week you
have some power glitches that probably wouldn't even have been noticed if
you didn't tell us about it, and you apologize profusely about it.
