yup, sure does.

If your name appears on any project anywhere, it may well have been
harvested.  As you yourself point out, sourceforge addresses have a
pretty easy formula to figure out: <username>@users.sourceforge.net.

That said, I'd hardly be surprised if VA started selling off that
info.  OTOH, I haven't received any spam from them (that I know of).
