You could probably make one as inexpensive as buying one. If you don't have
any luck getting a hold of a cable that length, let me know and I'll make
you one.

Check out Graybar.  They're a national company and do everything, but
they have really good prices.  I don't have contact info on them at
the moment, but graybar.com should have it all.
