Dinner nominally starts at 18:00 (6 PM), but people ordering as late as 1845 is not uncommon. The meeting nominally starts as 19:00 (7 PM), or "whenever we finish eating". This is often as late as 19:30 or 19:45. We are usually sitting in the rear corner, by the large copper brewing tanks.
