I think OWA was originally mentioned because it's a requirement for 
Ximian's Connect software, which allows you to integrate Evolution 
into an Exchange environment.   I don't think that OWA was mentioned 
with the intention that the OP actually use OWA via a web browser, 
though that's definitely an option.
