Hi all, I downloaded a source package that I need to compile statically so I can move the binary to another machine which does not have all the necessary packages. How do I do that? The package comes with the standard gnu autoconf configure script, but I didn't see anything in there or in the resultant Makefile to indicate a static build. Any ideas? Thanks! - -- Seeya, Paul -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Exmh version 2.2 06/23/2000 (debian 2.2-1) iD8DBQE80EzTuweSOVPxKO4RAs7KAKCSiq1/g+B3pqonczEK9QhwiTTtzQCfeKrg 9lK5G6qJbMmzggkG4oLhV88= =bLSI -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ***************************************************************** To unsubscribe from this list, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the text 'unsubscribe gnhlug' in the message body. *****************************************************************
