I got Xinerama working with two 1600sw monitors, *BUT* only on the Glint
driver, and only after repeated discussion with the developer. (It had a
nifty feature wherein it would -crash- the machine when brough up in
Xinerama mode.  I'm guessing that the PCI bus went bye-bye or somesuch;
can't see any other reason that video would crash the whole shebang.)
Most drivers do not support Xinerama mode; I'm 99% certain (but willing to
be corrected) that the #9 won't. On the flip side, if you've got the
3DLabs XVPro 1600sw (?) card, you'll be in good shape with the -latest-
CVS drivers. (E-mail Alan if you have questions regarding this -- his is
the first e-mail address at the bottom of the glint manpage.)

$.02,

-Ken
