This is one of the many things I wanted to bring up, but was deliberately blocking until the GNHLUG server situation got sorted out. Since it is starting to look like that will *never* happen... I think GNHLUG should have a charter, for both the group in general, and for the mailing list. (That is, two separate things.) We haven't really needed one yet, but we have come close a couple of times. I had some ideas written down, but do not have them available to me at this moment.
