Specificly, should /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin come first in
one's PATH?
I've seen it both ways. I'm tempted to put local first, on
the grounds that if I've installed a local version, then that's what
I want to use.
I've mostly seen paths set up in the other order. Maybe folks
are worried that some script depends on old behavior? (I'm tempted to
say that they should specify the fill path in the script, but I
suppose that they may want to use env.) Or am I missing something
else?
