Using the makefile you can now do make html-docs and it will pull down
MultiMarkdown-4 from git, build it and compile the MultiMarkdown
dolutimentation to html files.

MultiMarkdown is an extension of Markdown that adds tables and a few other
simple things.

You don't have to make html docs, the whole idea behind markdown is that it
is readable as is, but for those interested.

It is also possible to build other formats using multimarkdown which will
come in handy in the future.

In the future God willing will have an Ada based Markdown and hopefully
extended to MultiMarkdown processor as well for Gnoga use.
