The test programs are more for my reference during development, perhaps
should be left out of the 1.0 zip. Although I have not seen the errors you
are seeing on any platform I've tested (Mac, Linux 32 and 64, Windows and
Raspbian). Which compiler are you using and platform? (I know Mac but which
os etc).

I'll take a look at tutorial 08. Which browser are you using?
