In selection_type the value is the non-displayed "value" assigned to an
item in the select list and "text" is the displayed value.

On chrome color and a few other styles may work on individual items but on
most browsers no formatting is allowed on individual items. You can as a
whole style the Selection_Type itself.
If you want to experiment with it you will need to add the items by using
Create on Option_Type instead of Add_Option method on Selection_Type.
