I've decided to break down and ignore the "CSS purists" who insist that
layout should be completely separate from the semantic information and
therefor "tables" should not be used for layout. It makes no sense for
applications and outside of "page style layouts" it seems no one follows
this advice. Strictly speaking Gnoga is about GUIs so I think reasonable to
put this restraint aside. Even the "purists" end up with extensive and
complex code to maintain even the simplest multi column layouts, that makes
no sense at all (and so the reason they are currently working on
standardizing an entirely different layout model called "flex" but that has
yet to materialize). My favorite work around I've seen transforms "divs" in
to "tables" anyways using CSS. It is still very simple in Gnoga to do
"page style" layouts using Display, Position, Clear_Side, and Layout_Float,
etc. or even raw CSS and that makes sense within a column or pane still.

I'll be adding some layout view(s) soon with some examples and a section in
the user guide.
