It looks like your build is not finding the gnoga_gtk_window.o
Since looking for it I would guess all was done correctly.
gnoga_gtk_window.o is in gnoga/obj but I should be adding it in to the
libgnoga.a
Please pull gnoga, then run again make native_gtk
I've added code to add the .o to the libgnoga.a
