I have implemented now also another boot js and boot html called auto.js
and auto.html.
When these are used if a websocket connection can not be made it will auto
failover to use http polling and ajax.
I have removed the use got Gnat.Traceback from the connection package.
During the process if implementing this I've corrected a number of bugs.
I also found that most crashes (server no longer responsive or full hard
crash) are a direct result of issues in Gnat.Traceback itself.
