I believe that the issues with gnoga.com were related to apache which
proxies through to the gnoga app not closing connections properly. I've
modified the apache configs and I've also added coded to gnoga to make sure
to close properly any IO streams open on finalizing a connection.
Please let me know if you encounter again any issues accessing gnoga.com
