Still working on increasing stability, etc

One important change is that I fixed a bug that caused a difference in
visual layout with auto/ajax vs websocket connections. Mine Detector used
to show different size grids as a result.

It is important to me that 1.1 be as bulletproof as possible and is nearly
there.

I know I have one or two things in the queue from Pascal, I'll try and get
to them soon.

I have a few important production products (1 for a customer) I need to get
out using Gnoga so the reason haven't jumped in to the IDE and builder yet,
but it will come. Another reason is that any HTML editor works well for GUI
building with Gnoga so there is no lack of tools already for visual
construction of the GUIs.
