Ok, UTF-8 Support is now in the latest version for Gnoga. So you can
include french or any other language in strings with no issue. If you need
to handle UTF-8 strings Gnoga includes Dimtry's String_Edit packages in
particular see Strings_Edit.UTF8.Handling.
