Found the solution to the application title issue by googling - errrr....
gps-ing - into Gnoga's sources.
It was Main_Window.Document.Title and not Main_Window.Name.
Example:
App.Main_Window.Document.Title(file_name & " - " & app_title);
when you open a Gnoga Docs document with the name file_name.
