It is a good idea. Gnoga doesn't per se contain much as far as default strings, 
but I think a general facility for it would be good. There are simple ways to 
do it, a package that looks up a token in a string table, can either use text 
or sqlite databases. Also would be good to have an extension of that package to 
handle sizes of UI elements, choose which html fragments or boot files to use.
