A little late to the party, but for Adacore's version, you have to be a bit
careful where you place the boot.html and similar files.  I think I have
mine sitting in the exec directory when running from GPS or in mingw.
Otherwise the browser opens but cannot display anything.  I just copy all
the html, js, css, etc. folders from the gnoga directory and paste them
into my exec directory.
