You may modify your gpr project file with a simple text editor.
Concerning the location of Gnoga instead using GPR_PROJECT_PATH, you can add
directly the full path like for instance:
with "/usr/local/xnadalib-2015/share/gpr/gnoga.gpr";
Concerning main file, modify directly the line as:
for Main use ("hello.adb", "generateur_trame_vt2.adb", "import_bci.adb");
That should be the nearly the only things to modify.
