This is a due to gprbuild evolution. Legacy path for GPR installation was /path/to/install/lib/gnat. The new style path for GPR installation is /path/to/install/share/gpr. Depending your GNAT installation you may get one or the other thus the documentation mention both. I grant you it is certainly less and less the case.
