If there is no assistive technology currently running and a blind or low vision user would like to get one up and running, then currently he/she would need to press "<Alt><F2>" then without feedback type in the screen reader's command and arguments. I'm proposing to add "<Clt><Alt>s" for Metacity to run the new "gnome-at-visual" wrapper script which would launch the system's or the user's preferred visual assistive technology.
