Hi,

I had a similar experience  with the fonix site when I attempted to purchase 
the 4.64 linux runtime about a week or so ago.
At that time, I contacted a person at Fonix, who gave me the direct URL to 
the 4.64 linux RT purchase page.  He also indicated that he would pass the 
accessibility issues onto their web designer for further consideration.

Perhaps anyone else who is attempting to purchase the software should 
contact them as well.  In the meantime, the direct URL at which to purchase 
4.64 is as follows:
