I'll try this later. 1) bring up ubuntu completely until the gnome sound theme is played and all disk activity stops. 2) hit alt-f2 and type sudo -s gnopernicus and hit enter. 3) enable accessibility settings. 4) type alt-f2 and type exit then enter. 5) type su -s install and hit enter. Maybe we get a talking install maybe not I'll learn later.
