Not if the tablet PC includes a 'null' mouse driver, so that GOK can disconnect the existing core pointer and access it via XInput only. There are other ways that tablet PCs could be configured to work with GOK, but they might interfere with "normal" usage, i.e. if the tablet PC were shared between different users. The XEvie work could solve this problem, as noted in the bug report.
