  * Fix for bug #631544 - Orca crashes at GDM login screen if GDM's
    .local/share/orca directory does not exist

  * Fix for bug #629586 - When Orca is in learn mode and the user
    switches to another application, Orca stops presenting the
    locusOfFocus

  * Fix for bug #628842 - Orca speaks newly-focused panels in
    gnome-panel using the default voice rather than the system voice
