This is basically 2.30.1 with deprecated GTK+ symbols removed. No
development will occur in this branch. All cool stuff (if any) will pop
in master.

Remove deprecated GTK+ symbols, update html5tube extension to handle the
latest youtube layout changes. No further development will occur in this
branch, only build fixes to go with the GNOME 2.32 release.
