gnome-common 3.12.0 released

gnome-common is a collection of macros and scripts that are required when building many GNOME modules from git. 

Changes since 3.10.0:

* Javier Jardón made a change to always read the dirlist file
* Philip Withnall improved the GNOME_COMPILE_WARNINGS macro
* Check for appdata-xml.m4 when APPDATA_XML is used
* Ryan Lortie made a couple of fixed, and change gnome-autogen.sh to use ACLOCAL_PATH instead of ACLOCAL_FLAGS 
* Volker Sobek fixed the stdin tty check
