GNOME Internet Radio Locator (gnome-internet-radio-locator) 2.0.8 is
available for free. Version 2.0 was in Linux Magazine 222 May 2019.

Stable source code for compilation with GNOME 3.34 is available from

https://download.gnome.org/sources/gnome-internet-radio-locator/2.0/gnome-internet-radio-locator-2.0.8.tar.xz

With the introduction of streaming audio systems and good audio codecs,
such as MPEG-2, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis and Advanced Audio Codec in GStreamer,
it is possible to choose and listen to live radio broadcasters over the
Internet from around the world in the software.

You can read more about the software and see a screenshot at
https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/InternetRadioLocator

I have implemented audio streaming to be triggered on interactive map
marker popups for Internet radio stations in 45 world cities as well as
text-based location search for 111 radio stations around the world.

You can search for "Oslo", "Bergen", "Trondheim" or "Kristiansand" for
live radio from Norway and listen to the live radio broadcasts from
that city with this software, as well as 80 other cities on the world.
