Currently the show_bug.cgi page will show Bugzilla Tips for the
following situations:
* bug is in NEEDINFO state
* bug is unconfirmed and user doesn't have permissions (or not logged
in)
* bug is resolved as WONTFIX
To add a custom Bugzilla Tip, put the sentence(s) in the Status
Whiteboard. It must begin with a capital and end with a dot. Normal
comment highlighting will be used ("bug 123" will be linked).
Example (without the quotes):
"See also the discussion in bug 123."
or maybe a suggestion to read some comment before responding.
Please limit the usage of this to when it is really required (lots of
comments in a bug).
The Bugzilla Tip will always be shown, so it is possible a user sees
multiple Bugzilla Tips for one bugreport.
