GdaServerOperation now needs to add to the path an integer to indicates the row number:
/FIELDS_A/@COLUMN_NAME/[number] In the actual 3.0 version, this is not necesary and the convenient function gda_create_table doesn't use it, but now it doesn't work becouse this change.
